Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, in the metro New Orleans area.
Q: Do you deliver in other cities?
A: We currently deliver to New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Gretna, Harvey, Marrero, and Westwego. Please contact us if you are outside of our delivery area.
Q: How long can we keep the unit?
A: Typically, you will keep the unit for at least 6 hours.
Q: When do you set up?
A: It depends on how many rentals we have that day. We typically start delivering around 7am and finish by 1pm.
Q: Are your units clean?
A: Yes. We clean and disinfect our units before every rental.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. The blower keeps the unit inflated. Once it is unplugged, the inflatable will deflate and fall down.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Please let us know AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled rental. You will be given a raincheck/credit that is good for 1 year. If you cancel LESS THAN 48 hours before, you will lose your deposit payment.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, all orders require at least a $30 deposit. Deposit payments are non-refundable.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, concrete, and indoor facilities. No rocks or gravel.
